-  Up to 3 rooms = $150 (min. service call charge)

-  Additional rooms or areas = $50 each (bedroom, stairs, hallway, living   room etc.)

-  Pet stain/odor removal = $40 extra per room (heavily contaminated areas can require additional cost to flush out padding. Sometimes we recommend replacement).

*10% discount for vacant houses.

Carpet Stretching

-  First room = $150

-  Additional rooms = $95 each

-  Oversized rooms have additional cost.

Patching

-  1ft by 1ft = $150

-  3ft by 3ft = $175

-  Doorway patch (caused by pets) = $150

Upholstry Cleaning

-  Sofa + Love Seat = $159 (add $135 if cushions are removable and you want all sides of them cleaned).

-  Sectional Sofa = $195 (add $135 if cushions are removable and you want all sides of them cleaned).

-  Recliner = $65

-  Ottomen = $35
